My company, Proper Provisions, has extensive experience planning in-office catering, holiday catering, seated dinners, all-day seminars, product launches, media events, corporate dining, wine tastings, buffets and cocktail parties. Proper Provisions is the go to caterer for every culinary need, from gourmet boxed lunches to large scale special events; we create the perfect experience for you and your guests. Chef John creates seasonally inspired, chef-driven menus to accommodate a wide range of event styles and occasions. He has the knowledge and ability to design and produce every aspect of your event, from venue location, menu creation, and event décor to delivery and logistics.

Chef John understands modern and contemporary aesthetics as well as fine food & wine, and works closely with wedding planners, brides and grooms, party planners and clients to insure a truly memorable occasion.

Our recreational cooking classes teach you more than just reading a recipe, it’s about learning technique that will make you a better all-around cook. Perfect for a date night or to explore cuisines from your local region or around the world. John's classes are fun and affordable.
Cooking Classes- 3 courses, Appetizer/Entrée/Dessert price depends desired recipe/technique/skill. $75-$200/person includes ingredients, specialty tools to use during class, recipes, professional hands on step by step instructions on cooking. In home preferred but I can find venues to work in as well.
John also offers healthy meal prep, using real whole, unprocessed ingredients. Each service is customized to the individual needs of the client. Experience includes working with a variety of dietary specifications such as cooking vegan, gluten free, paleo, vegetarian, dairy free, ketogenic, or any other style you desire. Meal prep services stock your fridge with delicious meals for the party or the week.
Meal Prep- Choose anywhere from 3-6 days, Protein choices, vegetable choices, snacks and heating instructions $275 + Cost of Food
